1. Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company, and when was your company established?
A: Yes, we are direct manufacturer group , our first factory was established in 1996, then second factory born in 2009. Recently we abtained new one in 2015. Now become group companies, group develop market and financial strategy. 3 factoryies focusing on clothing and PE products.
2. Q: What is the annual turnover for your company?
A: Normally it is around USD20 million-25 million, keep growing.

A: Our own factory mainly produce all kinds of disposable face mask, bouffant cap, clip cap, doctor cap, dust mask, Microporous coverall, surgical gown, Type 5/6 coverall, SF coverall, lab coat, smock, CPE gown, isolation gown, bed sheet, sleeve cover, shoe covers, rain ponchos, apron, bath robe, Microporous overall, chef cap, forage cap, dental bib, mayostand...
5. Q: Do your company have any quality management system such as ISO, EN or CE certificate(s)?
A: Yes, we have CE, ISO13485, FDA, NELSON testing report.
6. Q: What is your normal payment terms? Could you change the payment item, after well flow recorded?
A: For first order, 30% T/T in advance, 70% will be paid before loading. Yes we can discuss it further after some times cooperation.
7. Q: How do you solve quality issues if happened?
A: Our QC dept. Set up CAPA system upon the combination of QSR820 system and ISO13485 standards.
Any feedback on quality issue will deeply investigated the root cause of the problems and find the best solution to avoid any future problems.
